Yesterday Nov 14th in panic mode around 3 pm ( 30 year old single wooden door on double car garage) came off track. The cable had worn thin. Car was in the garage and I had a major appointment scheduled for today at 7:30am. I looked up the Kanata phone directory and found listed OGDS, totally unknown to me. The gentleman taking the call mentioned someone would come but couldn’t specify exact time. Around 7 pm Paul arrived, assessed the situation and advised the door would be operational within half an hour. He was very polite, competent and performed further adjustments to the system.
