Very knowledgeable and insightful. I had done some research on what I wanted and Corey walked me through all the pro’s and cons of what I had selected to help me make an educated choice. Their installation team was there when they said they would be, they were quick, clean, and done without any surprises. The next day I noticed that one of the panels had a small ding in a corner that was only noticeable when the light hit the door at a certain angle. I contacted Corey, and without any hesitation he said No Problem, we’ll order a new panel and give you a call when its in and go change it out. I got a call last week, they scheduled a day and time, Paul showed up at that scheduled time and changed out the panel without any issues or comments. I wish there were more companies like Ottawa Garage Door Systems out there. I recommend them to anyone looking to get QUALITY garage doors installed by PROFESSIONAL people
